???? Poilievre’s Plan (Conservatives): No GST on new homes up to $1.3 million—for all buyers, not just first-timers.
While some say this will spur home construction and help buyers, experts argue it might not move the needle much—especially in high-cost markets like Toronto & Vancouver. The real barriers? High mortgage rates & down payments. ????????
